Whether we require momentary help or on going care we all have the potential to enjoy a better quality state of mind. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Substance Use Disorders, impacts of Substance Use Disorders for loved ones, and general wellness for adults over the age of 18. Coaching through life's challenges, assistance with boundary setting, and providing new tools to thrive are all part of the personalized plan we will develop together. Though we will push your boundaries of comfortability, work will be done at your pace with your specific goals in mind. 

I work primarily with adult clients (18+) who are having struggles in their lives ranging from everyday anxiety/depression, to situationally focused concerns, boundary setting, and coaching. I also can aid with substance use concerns or supporting a friend/family member who struggles with chronic mental health. Whether entering a new chapter in your life or facing ongoing challenges I feel that everyone can use a helping hand to assist you through your journey.
